In addition, my version is healthier and less caloric than the one which you can find in a shop. Another Fit Bounty's advantage is that it is a great option for those who are always in a rush, as preparation will take you about 10 min. I thought that among Easter cakes that are delicious but at the same time caloric, it would be good to bake something lighter and then I came up with the idea to make Fit Bounty. Try at your homes, it is worth it !

W misce wymieszaj wiórki kokosowe z mlekiem kokosowym i cukrem a następnie chwile podgrzewaj w garnku. Przełóż masę do formy i wstaw do lodówki na ok. 3 godziny. Po tym czasie w kąpieli wodnej rozpuść czekoladę i wylej ją na wierzch Bounty. Odstawi do lodówki aż czekolada zastygnie.
In a bowl mix desiccated coconut, coconut milk and sugar, next heat in a pot for a while. Place the cake in a baking pan and put it into the fridge for about 3 hours. Then in a water bath melt chocolate and pour it on the top of Bounty. Leave it in the fridge until the chocolate solidifies.
