100 g startej gorzkiej czekolady | 100 g grated dark chocolate
Lay baking pan ( 25x 35 cm) with baking paper. At the bottom place first layer of biscuits. Heat up dulce de leche in a small pan on a small heat, constantly stiring. Place on the top of biscuits, smooth, and cover with other biscuit layer. Prepare pudding: boil two glasses of milk with sugar and butter. Mix the rest of milk with eggs and flour, then pour into milk in a pan. Boil for 1/2 minutes, stiring in order to avoid clumps. Pour hot pudding on biscuits, smooth, and cover with another biscuit layer. Wrap baking pan in a silver foil and chill for the night in a fridge. After this time remove cake from the fridge. Beat heavy cream until stiff, at the end add spoon of caster sugar. Place at the top of the cake. Sprinkle with chocolate.
